Manchester United fans believe Cole Palmer is destined to join their club before his senior career ends.

In response to a highlights reel of Palmer’s first season at Chelsea, one Man Utd fan account posted on social media: “Anyone else just feel like Palmer to Manchester United is inevitable? Feel like in 3-4 years when we start looking for Bruno’s replacement he’ll be perfect.” Another added: “It’s definitely going to happen at some point. No doubt,” while a third said: “Has to happen one day.”
Palmer famously scored a hat-trick against Man Utd during a 4-3 comeback win for Chelsea back in April, and he was subsequently asked about a viral picture of him wearing a Red Devils shirt as a youngster.Despite progressing through Man City’s academy system, Palmer admitted: “Yeah, when I was growing up I was a United fan.”
