Cristiano Ronaldo’s future with Manchester United has been clarified after his former teammate suggested that he could make a surprise comeback.

During his introduction as an Al-Nassr player in January 2023, Ronaldo stated, “My work in Europe is done. I’ve played at the best clubs in the world and won everything. I’m happy and proud to join Al-Nassr. People don’t know about the level here. This contract is unique because I am a unique player. It’s normal for me.”
The 39-year-old has had a storied career across four major European leagues, scoring 498 goals for clubs on the continent, and achieved significant success internationally, including winning the Euros in 2016.Despite Ronaldo’s recent comments, Louis Saha remains optimistic about a potential return to Manchester United in a different role. Saha expressed his belief that Ronaldo could come back to the club as a coach or manager.
Saha told TVSporten, “Cristiano Ronaldo has the passion and dedication to return to Manchester United one day. That could be as a coach or even a manager. His second stint at the club didn’t end as hoped, which understandably frustrated him. He didn’t see the same level of passion from young players that he was accustomed to.”
