Man United certainly looked much sharper here, during a 2-0 win vs Rangers.

Andre Onana – Looked calm and composed in between the sticks. His long range passing was hit and miss. 6/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Solid defensively as per usual. Tried to get forward whenever possible. 5/10

Leny Yoro – Showcased all his skill and quality in the first 5 minutes. Played a raking ball forward that was inch-perfect to start an attack, then made a last-ditch goal-saving tackle. Class. 8/10

Jonny Evans – The old veteran used all his experience to ease his way through the game. Solid. 6/10

Sam Murray – Looked right at home in the senior side. Defended well at left-back and was always willing to move forward and join in on the attack. 6/10

Casemiro – Played some lovely passes forward, though looked a little sluggish and slack at times. He needs more minutes in the tank. 5/10

Toby Collyer – Very comfortable in midfield. Always tried to play it forward. Won some key tackles and broke up the play well. Positive. Backed up a solid performance vs Rosenborg here again. 7/10

Mason Mount – Energetic. Used the ball well. Worked hard defensively and helped create chances going forward. 6/10

Amad – United’s best attacker. A constant threat down the right. Created chances galore and was rewarded with a goal. A lovely curled finish with his left. 8/10

Jadon Sancho – Looked hungry which was great to see. Threatening with the ball at feet. His movement was excellent. 7/10

Ethan Wheatley – Held the ball up well. Displayed some class with nice flicks and touches to start attacks. Had a great chance to score. 6/10

Subs:
Harry Amass – Looked far more comfortable during this one. Made some good runs forward.

Will Fish – Solid on his return to Scotland following a successful loan spell with Hibs. Looks like someone who can make an impact at the first-team level.

Rhys Bennett – Strong in the tackle and marshalled the back four well.

Habeeb Ogunneye – Looked very fast. Willing to work hard on both sides of the ball.

Maxi Oyedele – Played in a lovely ball for Hugill to make it 2-0. Tenacious in defence.

Sam Mather – Looked calm and composed.

Hannibal – His usual busy performance. Added energy and movement.

Jack Fletcher – A little quiet at times, though there’s bags of talent in there. Perhaps a year too soon for Darren Fletcher’s son.

Ethan Ennis – Not afraid to get stuck in and try to make things happen. Looked confident.

Joe Hugill – Lashed it home to make it 2-0. A proper traditional striker’s performance.
